As part of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus, the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar invites its guests to an unusual event at the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land in May 2019: no exhibition, no performance, no architectural design, but a game.

The "B100 Championship" is a golf tournament for the charitable purpose, which awards a "B-mark" in addition to the usual scores via a jury. For the first time, the "B-Note" also rates and awards the optical and formal overall performance of the golfers. The way to place a special effect with the event is to find the players of the tournament in the scene of the golfing artists and designers. But all other golfers are invited, too.

The tournament takes place on the Goethe Course of the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land, which is already one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany without the help of “Bauhäusler”.

The wonderful 36-hole golf course with its on-course hotel is located just 20 minutes from Weimar in Blankenhain. The subtly hilly landscape leaves no hole boring. The ingrown tree population makes the course additionally attractive, but leaves it well playable. In the Bauhaus look, the holes promise to gain additional suspense.
